Instructions
Roll out the bread dough or savory pastry dough, shaping it into an elongated form, resembling a canoe.
Distribute a portion of cheese along the edge of the dough.
Close the dough, pinching the sides to seal the filling, adjusting if necessary until it is securely closed.
Dica: Extra care might be needed to ensure the dough closes correctly.
Optionally, spread cream cheese on the bottom of the dough cavity.

Add the seasoned ground beef over the cream cheese (or directly onto the dough if you skipped the cream cheese).
Dica: If you don't have pre-seasoned ground beef, prepare a simple seasoning beforehand.
Brush the sides of the dough with the egg yolk and finish by topping with a little more cheese.
