Ingredients
- 3tablespoons de Tapioca Starch
- 1unit de Egg
- 1tablespoon de Cream Cheese
- Shredded Cheese
- pinch de Salt
- Pizza-flavored Filling
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the tapioca starch, egg, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt until you achieve a homogeneous dough with a consistency similar to 'honeymilk' (slightly sticky but workable).
Divide the dough into two portions to form the two halves of the Brazilian cheese bread in the sandwich press.
Add your preferred filling (in this case, pizza flavor) onto one half of the dough portion.
Close the stuffed Brazilian cheese bread, gently pressing it with the remaining dough portion.
Place the stuffed cheese bread into the preheated sandwich press and cook until it is done and golden brown.
Dica: The central support (or divider) of the press facilitates achieving the proper shape.
Serve the stuffed Brazilian cheese bread after cooking.
Dica: If desired, allow the cheese to melt further after removing it from the press.
