Refreshing frozen bonbons with a creamy yogurt and strawberry filling, covered in chocolate.

Ingredients
- 1container de Strawberries
- 170g de Plain yogurt
- 200g de 70% Dark Chocolate
Instructions
Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt with the chopped strawberries.
Using a spoon, drop small dollops of the yogurt and strawberry mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the dollops are firm.
Melt the 70% dark chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.
Dica: Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
Remove the frozen dollops from the freezer and dip them into the melted chocolate, coating them completely.
Place the chocolate-covered bonbons back onto the lined baking sheet and return to the freezer for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
Serve the frozen bonbons.
