An easy and economical casserole made with sandwich bread, shredded chicken, and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
- 1package de Sandwich Bread
- Tomato Sauce
- 1whole de Chicken Breast
- 400g de Mozzarella
- Creamy Cheese Spread (like cream cheese or Catupiry style spread)
- Butter
- Oregano
- Black Pepper
- Turmeric
- 1tablespoon de Olive Oil
- 2cloves de Garlic
- Chimichurri
Instructions

Grease the baking dish with melted butter

Place a layer of sandwich bread in the dish

Spread tomato sauce over the layer of sandwich bread

Add a layer of seasoned shredded chicken

Place a layer of mozzarella over the chicken
6
Repeat the layers until the dish is full
7
Finish with a layer of creamy cheese spread around the edges

Brush melted butter over the top of the casserole
