A practical lasagna recipe made in a single layer, directly in the skillet. Ideal for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients
- to taste de Olive oil
- 1unit de Onion
- 2cloves de Garlic
- 2stalks de Celery
- 1unit de Carrot
- 300g de Ground beef
- to taste de Salt
- to taste de Black pepper
- to taste de Thyme
- 100ml de Beef broth
- 100ml de Wine
- 1can de Diced canned tomatoes
- Lasagna noodles
- 200g de Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 50g de Grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste de Herbes de Provence (or mixed fine herbs)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a deep skillet and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery.
Add the ground beef and stir to break it up.
Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme to taste.
Cook for about 2 minutes. Add the diced canned tomatoes, wine, and beef broth. Mix everything together.
Place the lasagna noodles over the sauce, pressing down lightly so the liquid comes up over them. Cover the skillet and cook for the time indicated on the pasta package.
Dica: Make sure the sauce is still moist.
Remove the lid, layer the cheeses on top, and sprinkle with the Herbes de Provence. Cover again and cook until the cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy.
