A classic Brazilian recipe featuring shredded, seasoned beef, perfect for filling bread rolls.

Ingredients
- 1kg de Beef Round Roast (Lagarto)
- 2clove de Garlic
- Salt
- Bahian Seasoning (Tempero Baiano) opcional
- Oil
- 1cup de Beef Broth
- 1/2cup de Dry Red Wine opcional
- 1cup de Water
- 1 de Red Bell Pepper
- 1 de Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 de Green Bell Pepper
- 1 de Onion
- 1can de Tomato Paste
- 4unit de French Bread Rolls
Instructions
Cut the beef roast into large chunks.
In the pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown the minced garlic.
Add the beef, season with salt and Bahian Seasoning.
Sear the beef until all sides are browned.
Add the beef broth, red wine, and water.
Close the pressure cooker and cook for 45 minutes after reaching full pressure.
While the beef cooks, dice the bell peppers and onion into small cubes.
After the beef is cooked, allow the pressure to release naturally, then open the cooker.
Shred the beef using two forks.
In a separate pot, heat oil and sauté the diced bell peppers and onion.
Add the shredded beef, mix well, and stir in the cooking liquid from the pressure cooker.
Stir in the tomato paste and simmer for another 15 minutes to concentrate the flavor.
Slice the French bread rolls in half and fill generously with the shredded meat mixture.
Serve hot.
