Instructions
Prepare the sour cream by mixing one container of plain yogurt with the juice of half a squeezed lime.
Prepare the other toppings: cut the cheddar cheese into strips, chop the chives and tomato, and shred the lettuce finely.
Air fry the 'Auroghets' to ensure maximum crispiness, or fry them using the traditional method.
