- Ground beef
- Tomato
- 1pinch de Oregano
- 1pinch de Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1cup de Wine
- 1heaping tablespoon de Tomato paste
- 1a little de Water
- Salt
- Potato gnocchi (store-bought)
Instructions
Season the ground beef that is being sautéed with salt, being generous to intensify the flavor.
Dica: Be generous with the seasoning to make the flavor really delicious.
Add the coarsely chopped tomato to the sautéed meat and let it cook so they release their juices.
Season the rustic sauce with a portion of oregano and crushed red pepper flakes, mixing well.
Incorporate a cup of wine into the sauce, as it contributes to an excellent beef flavor.
Add a heaping tablespoon of tomato paste to help thicken the sauce.
Add a little water to ensure the necessary amount of liquid, remembering that it will reduce and thicken with cooking time.
Dica: Don't worry, because the sauce thickens as it reduces.
Cook the potato gnocchi (using store-bought) in boiling water until they float to the surface ('float').
Dica: The gnocchi is done as soon as it floats.
Spoon the rustic meat sauce over the cooked potato gnocchi to serve.
