A delicious, refreshing, and extremely easy pineapple dessert, perfect for serving chilled.

Ingredients
- 1large unit de Pineapple ~R$ 10,00
- Sugar
- Water
- 2packages de Pineapple gelatin ~R$ 6,00
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Heavy cream
- Oil
Instructions
Dice the pineapple into very small pieces.
Place the diced pineapple in a saucepan along with some sugar and cook thoroughly, stirring constantly.
After cooking, add water and the two packages of pineapple gelatin to the preparation, mix, and bring to a boil.
As soon as it boils, turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
While the mixture is still warm, incorporate the sweetened condensed milk and the heavy cream.
Whisk vigorously with a whisk until all ingredients are completely smooth and well combined.
Grease a Bundt pan with oil.
Pour the entire cream mixture into the greased pan.
Refrigerate the dessert for approximately 4 to 5 hours, until firm enough to be easily unmolded.
Dica: The dessert should be very cold to unmold easily.
