A quick and easy recipe for cubed chicken with cabbage, resulting in a super tender and flavorful dish, enhanced by sesame.

Ingredients
- 400g de Chicken breast
- 3tablespoons de Olive oil
- 1drizzle de Sesame oil opcional
- 3cloves de Garlic
- 1teaspoon de Lemon pepper
- 1/21/2 teaspoon de Ginger (ground)Substitui por: gengibre ralado
- 1teaspoon de Salt
- 1/21/2 teaspoon de Paprika
- Chili pepper opcional
- Sesame seeds (white)
- 1/4pinch de Black pepper
- Scallions (green onions)
- 1unit de OnionSubstitui por: cebola roxa
- 1/2unit de Yellow bell pepperSubstitui por: pimentão verde
- 1/2unit de Red bell pepperSubstitui por: pimentão verde
- 1small (diced) de Tomato
- 2cups de CabbageSubstitui por: repolho roxo
- 2tablespoons de Soy sauce
Instructions
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet. Add approximately three tablespoons of olive oil.
Add the chicken breast, cut into cubes or strips, to the hot skillet.
Dica: Sear the chicken without seasoning initially to prevent it from releasing liquid and losing nutrients.
Once the chicken is nicely browned and no longer releasing liquid, add the minced garlic (about three cloves) and sauté until fragrant.
Dica: If you don't like minced garlic, simply mash it.
Add the onion cut into cubes and let it sauté briefly.
Season the sauté by adding one teaspoon of lemon pepper, half a teaspoon of ground ginger, one teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of paprika.
Dica: Paprika helps with color since little bell pepper is used. Adjust salt after adding soy sauce, which is also salty.
Add the diced yellow and red bell peppers, along with one small diced tomato, for color and flavor.
Dica: You can also add green bell pepper if desired.
Add a pinch of chili pepper, if using, and mix well so the vegetables wilt slightly, but don't overcook the chicken or it will become chewy.
Dica: Overcooking the chicken can make it have a rubbery texture.
Add about two cups of sliced cabbage and mix. The cabbage should be crisp but tender.
Dica: The cabbage provides a texture reminiscent of noodles.
Add two tablespoons of soy sauce (tamari). Taste and adjust salt, if necessary.
Dica: Soy sauce already contains salt, use it sparingly.
Turn off the heat and finish by drizzling with a swirl of sesame oil and sprinkling with toasted sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
Dica: Use a little freshly ground black pepper for a final touch (to taste).
