Ingredients
- 1unit (dough base) de Slice of sandwich bread
- enough to moisten de Milk or Water
- to taste de Shredded chicken
- to taste de Cheese
- enough for coating de Breadcrumbs
Instructions
Remove the crusts from the slices of sandwich bread.
Moisten the bread (without the crusts) in milk or water.
Dica: The bread should be moist, but not soaked.
Flatten the moist bread and add the chicken and cheese filling.
Shape the snack into the traditional teardrop shape of a coxinha.
Dredge the coxinhas in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the coxinhas in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
Dica: Serve immediately after frying to ensure the creamy texture of the dough.
