Instructions
In a blender, combine the prepared Jell-O, eggs, and oil. Blend well to combine.
Add the sugar and milk to the liquids blended in the blender and blend again until the mixture is smooth.
In a separate bowl, sift the all-purpose flour, and then pour the liquid mixture from the blender over it.
Dica: Sifting the flour helps achieve a lighter cake.
Gently fold the flour into the liquid mixture, stirring with a whisk or spatula until the batter is smooth (do not overmix).
Add the baking powder to the batter and mix gently just to incorporate it.
Transfer the batter to a greased and floured pan and place it in the preheated oven.
Bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Dica: Perform the toothpick test by inserting it into the center of the batter to check for doneness.
