Ingredients
- 1 de Egg whites
- 1 de Egg yolks
- 1 de Granulated sugar
- 1little de Vanilla extract
- 1 de Milk
- 1 de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 1 de Baking powder
- 1 de Butter
Instructions
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Beat the egg whites in a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Add the egg yolks, one by one, continuing to beat the mixture.
Add the granulated sugar and beat the mixture again.
Incorporate the vanilla extract and milk into the batter.
Gradually sift the all-purpose flour, gently folding it in to prevent the batter from becoming dense.
Dica: Stop mixing as soon as the white appearance of the flour disappears.
Add the baking powder last and mix again until combined.
Grease a baking pan with butter and line only the bottom with parchment paper to make removal easier.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place it in a preheated oven.
Bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown.
Dica: Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
