Instructions

Preheat the oven

Place a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish

Add a layer of sliced white bread over the tomato sauce

Place a layer of ham over the sliced white bread

Add a layer of mozzarella cheese over the ham

Spread a layer of cream cheese over the mozzarella cheese

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used
