Ingredients
- 1sheet de Store-bought puff pastry sheet
- 1bar de Chocolate bar
- 1unit de Egg yolk
- Ice cream
- Confectioners' sugar
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions
Place the store-bought puff pastry sheet on a clean surface.
Place the chocolate bar onto the center of the puff pastry.
Make diagonal cuts along the sides of the dough, keeping the center filling intact.
Braid the side strips over the chocolate, covering it completely.
Brush the entire surface of the pastry with the egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until deeply golden brown.
Dica: Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
Serve the pastry warm accompanied by ice cream.
Finish the dessert by dusting it with sifted confectioners' sugar and drizzling with chocolate sauce (sauce recipe in the description).
