Chicken thigh recipe with a special marinade for a Sunday lunch.

Ingredients
- 2kg de Chicken thighs
- 3units de Potatoes
Marinada
- 2tablespoons de Tomato paste
- 200g de Butter
- 1unit de Orange
- 3cloves de Garlic
- 1tablespoon de Paprika
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions

Cut the potatoes into large chunks and set aside.

misturarMix all the marinade ingredients.

Rub the marinade over all the chicken thighs and potatoes.

Let it marinate for half an hour.

assarPlace the chicken thighs skin-side up, scatter the potatoes around them, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C.
