A moist and crunchy chocolate cake with a frosting made of breakfast cereal and chocolate

Ingredients
- 1cup de Water
- 1cup de Oil
- 2 de Eggs
- 1cup de Sugar
- 1cup de Chocolate drink mix (e.g., Nesquik)
- 2cup de All-purpose flour
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder
- 1cup de Milk
- 100g de Milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate
- 100g de Heavy cream
- 300g de Chocolate
- 3cup de Corn flakes (or other crispy breakfast cereal)
- 1,5tablespoon de Nutella opcional
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the water and oil and heat until just boiling.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and chocolate drink mix.
Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder to the egg and sugar mixture.
Carefully mix the hot water and oil mixture into the flour and egg mixture.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20-30 minutes.
Prepare the first soak by mixing milk and chocolate drink mix in a bowl.
Heat the soak mixture over the stove until it boils.
Poke holes in the cake with a fork and pour the hot soak over it.
Prepare the second frosting by mixing chocolate and heavy cream in a bowl.
Microwave the frosting mixture in 15-second intervals until melted.
Pour the melted frosting over the cake.
Prepare the third topping by mixing melted chocolate and corn flakes in a bowl.
Add Nutella to the chocolate and corn flake topping, if desired.
Pour the chocolate and corn flake topping over the cake.
