Ingredients
- sweetened condensed milk
- cornstarch
- heavy cream
- shredded coconut

- eggs

- cocoa powder 50%
- oil
- water
- all-purpose flour

Instructions
For the filling, combine the sweetened condensed milk and cornstarch, mixing well while the heat is off.
Dica: Mix well before turning on the heat.
Add the heavy cream, shredded coconut, and milk to the previous mixture.
Turn on the heat and stir constantly until the filling reaches the consistency of a thick cream, then turn off the stove.
Dica: Stir constantly to prevent lumps or burning.
Set aside the creamy filling and prepare the batter by adding the eggs and beating while gradually adding the sugar.
Incorporate the cocoa powder (50%), oil, and water into the mixture, and beat a little more.
Add the all-purpose flour last and mix the batter until smooth.
Pour one layer of batter into a previously greased pan.
Spread the creamy filling over the first layer of batter.
Cover the filling with the remaining cake batter.
Bake the cake until completely cooked through.
Dica: The cake should be done after it comes out of the oven.
Prepare the frosting by melting the milk chocolate together with the heavy cream.
Cover the cake with the ready chocolate ganache.
