- 500g de Chicken Breast
- 1teaspoon de Salt
- 2teaspoons de Garlic Powder
- 1,5teaspoons de Mustard Powder
- 2unit de Egg
- Corn Starch
- 1cup de Water
- 1cup de All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2teaspoon de Black Pepper
- 1teaspoon de Onion Powder
Instructions
Process the chicken breast in a food processor with salt, garlic powder, mustard powder, and egg until finely ground.
Shape the nuggets and dredge them in corn starch.
In a bowl, whisk together the water, egg, all-purpose flour, mustard powder, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add the salt and mix a little more.
Dip the nuggets into the mixture, letting any excess drip off.
Place the nuggets on parchment paper and freeze until solid.
Fry or cook the nuggets in an air fryer until done.
