Ingredients
- 50g de butter
- 3tablespoons de sugar
- 1unit de egg
- 1/2teaspoon de vanilla extract
- 10tablespoons de all-purpose flour
- 50g de chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 1tablespoon de dulce de leche
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until the sugar begins to dissolve.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, blending well.
Dica: The vanilla helps neutralize any residual egg flavor.
Incorporate the all-purpose flour into the batter and mix until the desired consistency is reached.
Add the chopped semi-sweet chocolate and mix one last time.
Dica: You can substitute the chocolate with any other type you prefer.
Transfer half of the batter to a ramekin.
Add one tablespoon of dulce de leche to the center of the batter in the ramekin, as a filling.
Cover the filling with the remaining batter, spreading carefully to fully seal the top layer.
Dica: Don't worry about filling the container too much, as the batter does not rise much during cooking.
Finish by placing more chocolate chips on top.
Place the ramekin in an air fryer preheated to 350°F (180°C) for approximately 15 minutes, or until the surface is lightly golden brown.
Dica: Monitor every 5 minutes. If it browns too quickly, reduce the temperature to prevent the inside from being raw.
