Ingredients

- Top Sirloin Steak (thicker cut)
Instructions
Prepare the fish by lining a dish with orange slices, creating a protective base.
Dica: You can substitute the orange with lemon or onion. Avoid Key lime (green lime), as it can make the fish bitter.
Place the fish over the bed of oranges, season with salt and pepper, and cover with another layer of orange slices.
Microwave the fish for 2 and a half minutes on high power.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and optionally add paprika or annatto powder for color, since the microwave won't brown it by default.
Dica: Use the maximum power setting on the microwave.
Microwave the chicken for 3 minutes on high power.
Season the top sirloin steak with salt and pepper.
Dica: The meat will have a paler appearance because there is no Maillard reaction in the microwave without a grill function.
Cook the steak for 4 minutes on high power for rare doneness (approximately 57ºC).
Dica: For medium, add 1 minute; for well-done, add 2 minutes.
