  • 1link de Smoked Sausage (Calabresa style)
  • 1 de Onion
  • 3cloves de Garlic
  • 1 de Tomato
  • 1/2 de Green Bell Pepper
  • Sweet Paprika
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt
  • 1cup de Rice
  • 1,5cup de Beans
  • Water
  • 250g de Mozzarella Cheese
  • Cilantro (or Parsley)
