- 250g de Bacon
- 1link de Smoked Sausage (Calabresa style)
- 1 de Onion
- 3cloves de Garlic
- 1 de Tomato
- 1/2 de Green Bell Pepper
- Sweet Paprika
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt
- 1cup de Rice
- 1,5cup de Beans
- Water
- 250g de Mozzarella Cheese
- Cilantro (or Parsley)

fritarFry the bacon in a pan until crisp

refogarAdd the smoked sausage, onion, and garlic to the pan and sauté

cozinharAdd the tomato, bell pepper, and seasonings to the pan and cook for a few minutes

misturarAdd the cooked rice and beans to the pan and mix well

derreterAdd the mozzarella cheese to the pan and cook until melted

Serve the Baião de Dois hot, sprinkled with cilantro (or parsley)
