  • 1/2unit de Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/2unit de Red Bell Pepper
  • 4units de Tomatoes
  • 25g de Cilantro Stems
  • 1/2unit de Spicy Pepper (like a mild Serrano or Jalapeño)
  • 100g de Heart of Palm
  • 1teaspoon de Salt
  • 1/4teaspoon de Black Pepper
  • 90ml de Water
  • 200ml de Coconut Milk
  • Cilantro opcional

Prepare the concassé tomatoes (peeled, seeded, and diced).
