- 2unit de Banana
- 1cup de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder
- OilSubstitui por: oleo, manteiga
- Sugar opcional
- Cinnamon opcional

Peel the bananas and mash them

Roll the dough into small balls

fritarFry the balls in hot oil until golden brown
Dica: Use low heat so they don't remain raw in the center

Drain the fritters on paper towels

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, if desired
