Super fluffy and moist carrot cake

Ingredients
- 3units de Eggs
- 3/4cup de Oil
- 1,5cup de Carrots
- 1,5cup de Sugar
- 1,5cup de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder
- 1can de Sweetened condensed milk
- 150grams de Semi-sweet chocolate
- 1can de Heavy cream
Instructions

baterBlend the eggs, oil, carrots, and sugar in a blender

misturarAdd the all-purpose flour and mix well

assarPour the batter into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes

derreterPrepare the frosting by melting the semi-sweet chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream

Remove the cake from the pan and poke holes in it so the frosting can soak in

Pour the frosting over the cake and let it cool
