- 1/4cup de Oil
- 3/4cup de Milk
- 220gram de Chopped Carrot
- 3spoon de Sugar
- 3cup de All-Purpose FlourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 1spoon de Baking Powder
- Sugar for coating opcional
- Cinnamon for coating opcional
- Oil for frying
Instructions

baterBlend the eggs, milk, oil, sugar, and carrot in a blender.

misturarAdd the all-purpose flour and mix.

fritarHeat the oil for frying and drop the batter by spoonfuls.

fritarFry the fritters until golden brown and remove from the oil.

Drain the fritters on paper towels and toss in sugar and cinnamon.
