A refreshing dessert for hot weather, made with pineapple, sugar, dulce de leche, and heavy cream.

Ingredients
- 1whole de Pineapple
- 1/2cup de Sugar
- 790g de Dulce de leche
- 400g de Heavy cream
- 100g de Flaked shredded coconut
- 1/2package de Maizena cookies (cornstarch cookies)
Instructions

Dice the pineapple and place it in a saucepan

cozinharAdd sugar to the saucepan and cook until the pineapple releases its liquid and it evaporates

misturarIn a bowl, mix the dulce de leche, heavy cream, and flaked shredded coconut

Assemble the icebox dessert by creating layers with the cream mixture, pineapple, and Maizena cookies
5
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours
