- 200g de Halloumi-style cheese (Queijo Coalho)
- 30g de All-purpose flour

Remove the skewer from the Halloumi-style cheese (if present)

Cut the Halloumi-style cheese into small cubes

Soak the cheese cubes in water for 10 minutes

Toss the cheese cubes in all-purpose flour to coat them evenly
