Ingredients

  • 1kg de Ground beef
  • Olive oil
  • 4cloves de Garlic
  • Fresh herbs (parsley/chives)
  • Hot paprika
  • Annatto/Achiote powder
  • Oregano
  • Saffron (or turmeric for color)
  • Shichimi Togarashi (or similar spice blend)
  • 1tablespoon de Salt
  • Creamy cheese spread

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Black pepper
  • Bacon

Instructions

Season the ground beef with olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs, hot paprika, annatto powder, oregano, saffron (or turmeric), and Shichimi Togarashi.

Mix the seasoned ground beef well.

Place half of the ground beef mixture on plastic wrap and spread the creamy cheese spread over it.

Place chopped mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese spread.

Place cherry tomatoes on top of the mozzarella.

Sprinkle oregano and black pepper over the tomatoes.

Cover with the other half of the ground beef mixture and close the plastic wrap, shaping it into a log/roll.

Wrap bacon around the outside of the ground beef roll.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
