Recipe for creamy mashed potatoes with ground beef for a diet plan

Ingredients
- 6units de Potatoes
- 2tablespoons de Cream cheese
- 1cup (250ml) de Skim milk
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 1unit de Onion
- 5cloves de Garlic
- 1unit de Tomato
- Fresh herbs (like parsley/chives)
- Turmeric
- Smoked paprika
- Bahian seasoning blend
- Chimichurri
- 2kg de Ground beef
- 1sachet de Tomato paste
Instructions

cozinharCook the potatoes in an electric pot or pressure cooker until tender

amassarMash the cooked potatoes with a potato masher

misturarAdd cream cheese, skim milk, and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well

refogarSauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until soft

refogarAdd the chopped tomato and sauté a little longer

misturarAdd the ground beef, fresh herbs, turmeric, smoked paprika, Bahian seasoning blend, chimichurri, and salt, and mix well

misturarAdd the tomato paste and mix a little more
