A creamy and delicious dessert made with just two main ingredients: gelatin and heavy cream.

Ingredients

  • 400ml de Water
  • 2packets de Strawberry gelatin
  • 2packets de Pineapple gelatin
  • 2tubs de Heavy cream

Instructions

Boil the water in a saucepan.

Add the strawberry gelatin to the boiling water and stir until dissolved.

Pour the mixture into a mold lightly greased with oil and let it cool.

Blend the heavy cream with the pineapple gelatin and hot water in a blender.

Pour the heavy cream mixture over the strawberry gelatin layer and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Remove from the refrigerator and unmold the dessert.
