Ingredients
- 250g de White chocolate
- 200g de Dulce de leche
- 100g de Heavy cream
- Chocolate cake crumbs
Instructions
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
Dica: Check the chocolate after each interval to prevent burning.
Place a layer of white chocolate in a small disposable cup and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Add another layer of white chocolate to the cup and refrigerate for another 5 minutes.
Mix the dulce de leche with a little heavy cream until you reach the desired consistency.
Dica: Adjust the amount of heavy cream based on the consistency of the dulce de leche.
Place a layer of dulce de leche mixture in the cup and add cake crumbs.
Repeat the layers of dulce de leche mixture and cake crumbs until the cup is full.
Top the cup with a layer of melted white chocolate and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
