Creme de Maracujá
  • 2cans de Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2small containers de Heavy cream
  • 280ml de Passion fruit juice
  • 140g de Dry milk powder

Ganache
  • 180g de Chocolate
  • 150g de Heavy cream

Instructions

Blend the passion fruit cream base with the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, passion fruit juice, and dry milk powder.

Strain the passion fruit cream mixture to remove any excess pulp/seeds.

Quickly dip the chocolate sandwich cookies in milk and use them to create a layer (in a trifle dish).
