- 1cup de Water
- Oil
- 1scoop de Nutritional yeast
- Salt
- ProbioticSubstitui por: rejuvelac

Instructions
Soak the unsalted cashew nuts and set aside.
In a blender, add the soaked cashew nuts, water, oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and probiotic (or use rejuvelac/lactic acid/lemon juice/vinegar, if using).
Dica: Use caution when handling liquid ingredients to prevent spills.
Add the xanthan gum to ensure creaminess, being careful with the amount so as not to alter the final texture.
