- 200g de Dulce de Leche ~R$ 8,00Substitui por: creme de leite e açúcar
- Ground Cinnamon opcional
Instructions
In a blender, process the bananas, eggs, sugar, and oil until you achieve a smooth mixture.
In a separate bowl, sift the all-purpose flour with the baking powder (and cinnamon, if using).
Dica: Sifting ensures a lighter cake.
Gently fold the blender mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring just until the batter is uniform.
Dica: Avoid overmixing to prevent gluten development.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
