  • 250ml de Whole milk
  • 150g de Cream cheese
  • 2tablespoon de Parmesan cheese
  • 1tablespoon de Herbes de Provence (or mixed fine herbs)
  • 1ladle de Pasta cooking water
  • 1tablespoon de Butter
  • 300g de Fettuccine
  • to taste de Chives opcional
  • to taste de Parmesan cheese opcional
  • 1/2whole piece de Onion
  • 2cloves de Garlic

Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into fillets of your desired thickness.

In a bowl, place the chicken fillets and season with Herbes de Provence, sweet paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic, and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet, add butter, and sauté the chicken fillets for about 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
