A delicious In-n-Out style burger with special sauce and caramelized onions.

Ingredients
- 300g de Ground beef (flank steak substitute)
- 2unit de Sesame seedless hamburger buns
- 1unit de Tomato
- Iceberg lettuce
- 1unit de Onion
- 4units de Dill pickle slices
- to taste de Salt
- to taste de Black pepper
- to taste de Mustard
- American Cheese (or processed cheddar)
- 1/2cup de Mayonnaise
- 2tablespoons de Ketchup
- 2tablespoons de Chopped dill pickles
- 2tablespoons de White wine vinegar
- 1tablespoon de Sugar
- 1tablespoon de Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2lemon de Lemon juice
- to taste de Salt
Instructions
Form the ground beef into two 150g balls each and flatten them to form the burgers.
Dica: It doesn't need to be perfect; the shape is rustic.
Toast the hamburger buns on a griddle or skillet.
Dica: This prevents the buns from getting soggy from the sauce.
Prepare the Animal Style sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
Grill the burgers on a hot griddle or skillet. Season with salt and pepper and spread mustard before flipping. After flipping, place the cheese over the browned meat.
Caramelize the chopped onion on the griddle or skillet.
Assemble the burger starting with 2 tablespoons of sauce on the bottom bun. Add pickles, tomato, lettuce, one burger with cheese, caramelized onion, the second burger with cheese, and finish with the top bun.
