A homemade version of the McDonald’s classic, the McFish sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1fillet de Haddock or Pollock Fillet
- 1/2 de Lemon
- to taste de Salt
- to taste de Black Pepper
- All-Purpose Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 de Egg
- for frying de Oil
- 1/2cup de Mayonnaise
- 1teaspoon de Mustard
- Dill Pickles
- 1 de Plain Hamburger Bun (no sesame seeds)
- American Cheese Slice (or Cheddar)
Instructions
Cut the fish fillet into a square shape.
Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice on one side.
Dredge the fish in all-purpose flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs, in that order. Press the breadcrumbs firmly to form a crispy coating.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, chopped dill pickles, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
Cut the cheese slice in half and place it on the bottom bun.
Lightly dampen the crust of the bun with water and microwave for 20 seconds.
Place the breaded fish fillet on top, add 2 tablespoons of the sauce, and close the sandwich.
