Ingredients

  • 1fillet de Haddock or Pollock Fillet

  • 1/2 de Lemon

  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 de Egg
  • for frying de Oil

  • 1/2cup de Mayonnaise
  • 1teaspoon de Mustard
  • Dill Pickles

  • 1 de Plain Hamburger Bun (no sesame seeds)
  • American Cheese Slice (or Cheddar)

Instructions

Cut the fish fillet into a square shape.

Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice on one side.

Dredge the fish in all-purpose flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs, in that order. Press the breadcrumbs firmly to form a crispy coating.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, chopped dill pickles, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
