A practical and delicious version of the classic Big Mac, made into a wrap. Ideal for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients
- 100g de Ground beef
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oil
- 2slices de Cheddar cheese
- Iceberg lettuce
- Diced onion
- Pickles, preserved
- 1unit de Wrap tortilla
- 1teaspoon de Garlic powder
- 1teaspoon de Onion powder
- 1tablespoon de Sweet paprika
- 3tablespoons de Sweet pickle relish
- 3tablespoons de Mayonnaise
- 1teaspoon de Mustard
- 1tablespoon de White wine vinegar
Instructions
Spread the raw ground beef over the wrap tortilla, shaping it to cover the entire surface.
Season the meat with salt and black pepper to taste.
Heat a little oil in a skillet.
Place the wrap, meat-side down, into the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, or until browned.
Flip the wrap and place the slices of cheddar cheese over the meat.
Add one tablespoon of water to the skillet, cover, and wait for the cheese to melt.
Dica: The water helps the cheese melt more quickly.
Remove the wrap from the skillet and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, sweet paprika, sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise, mustard, and white wine vinegar.
Whisk vigorously until a smooth sauce is obtained.
Top the wrap with iceberg lettuce cut into shreds, diced onion, and pickle slices.
Spoon the sauce over the ingredients.
Roll the wrap and serve.
