Ingredients
- 3medium de Carrots
- 2cup de Sugar
- 4large de Eggs

- 1carton de Heavy cream
- 1tablespoon de Butter

Instructions
Chop the carrots into pieces.
In a blender, place the carrots, sugar, eggs, and oil. Blend until you have a smooth mixture.
Dica: Do not leave any chunks of carrot.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix gently.
Dica: Don't overmix, or the cake will be tough.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
Dica: Use parchment paper on the bottom of the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Dica: Perform the toothpick test.
While the cake bakes, prepare the frosting: In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, butter, chopped chocolate bar, and cocoa powder.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Dica: Be careful not to burn it.
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool.
Cover the cake with the chocolate frosting.
Dica: Spread the frosting evenly.
Garnish with sifted cocoa powder on top.
Dica: Use a sifter for an even finish.
