A practical and delicious version of traditional lasagna.

Ingredients
- 4sheets de Lasagna noodles
- to taste de Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 de Onion
- 3cloves de Garlic
- 200g de ChickenSubstitui por: carne moida
- to taste de Crushed red pepper flakes opcional
- 1cup de Cream cheese
- Bechamel sauce
Instructions
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions.
Mince the onion and garlic. Cut the chicken into small cubes.
Sauté the onion and garlic in a skillet.
Add the cubed chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
Season with crushed red pepper flakes (optional).
Stir in the cream cheese until well combined.
Spread a portion of the filling over each lasagna sheet.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the filling.
Roll up the lasagna sheets with the filling to form rolls.
Arrange the rolls in a baking dish.
Cover the rolls with bechamel sauce.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
