Ingredients
- 300grams de medium shrimp
- 1heaping tablespoon de creamy cheese spread (Catupiry style)
- 1small box de heavy cream
- 1/2unit de onion
- 2cloves de garlic

- 100grams de grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Finely mince the garlic and use it to season the shrimp.
Dica: Mincing the garlic very finely is important for seasoning the shrimp.
Chop the half onion and sauté it in a skillet with olive oil and butter until wilted.
Add the garlic-seasoned shrimp to the skillet, keeping the heat high so that any liquid released evaporates quickly, preventing the dish from becoming watery.

As soon as the shrimp changes color, season with black pepper and a pinch of salt (remembering that the creamy cheese spread already contains salt).

Incorporate one heaping tablespoon of creamy cheese spread (Catupiry style), the entire small box of heavy cream, and 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese into the sauté. Mix well.

Transfer the creamy mixture to a small baking dish of your choice.
