- Mayonnaise

- Lime

- 1piece (for shredding) de Apple
- to taste (for shredding) de Carrot
- Tahiti lime juice
- chopped de Cilantro stems
- chopped de Cilantro leaves
- unit de French bread roll
Instructions
Season the pork belly with beer, fresh all-purpose seasoning, and the BR Spices pork rub.

Adjust the salt and pepper in the meat seasoning and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Prepare the side dish (slaw) by finely shredding the green cabbage, apple, and carrot.
