An extremely juicy Christmas turkey recipe, prepared with a seasoned butter based on mayonnaise and roasted at a low temperature.

Ingredients

Instructions
Allow the turkey to fully thaw while keeping it refrigerated.
Prepare the seasoned butter by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, the seasoning mix, and a little salt. Beat the mixture until smooth and well-seasoned.
On the bottom of the roasting pan, distribute the giblets (except the liver), carrot, onion, garlic, parsley stems, and lemon slices.
Carefully separate the skin from the meat (breast, thigh, and drumstick) of the turkey.
Stuff the cavity of the turkey with pieces of onion and lemon.
Tie the turkey completely to maintain its shape during cooking.
Spread two-thirds of the seasoned butter under the skin of the breast and also under the skin of the thighs and drumsticks.
Tie the breast to the wing. Place the turkey in a preheated oven at 375ºF (190ºC), calculating 45 minutes of cooking time for every pound of turkey weight.
Dica: Check the internal temperature; the breast must reach 165ºF (73ºC).
As soon as the turkey is nicely browned and reaches the correct internal temperature in the breast, remove it from the oven and let it rest.
While the turkey rests, prepare the gravy: melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, and cook. Then, incorporate the drippings from the turkey and add vegetable broth, stirring until thickened into a sauce.
Dica: Use the pan drippings for a more flavorful sauce.
Serve the turkey sliced (carved) along with the prepared gravy and a salad (as shown in the main video).
