  • 1can de Dark beer
  • 100g de Butter
Marinada
  • 2sprig de Rosemary
  • 6clove de Garlic
  • 1unit de Onion
  • 2unit de Lime
  • 60ml de Olive oil
  • 1/2sprig de Green herbs (Cilantro/Parsley mix)
    Substitui por: salsa, cebolinha
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
Molho
  • 1/2cup de Brown sugar
    Substitui por: açúcar demerara
  • 1cup de White wine
  • 1cup de Water
  • 1unit de Onion
  • 1unit de Carrot
  • 2sprig de Thyme
  • 1sprig de Rosemary
  • 2leaf de Bay leaf
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

In a blender, combine the marinade ingredients: rosemary, garlic, onion, lime juice, olive oil, green herbs, salt, and pepper.

Place the pork leg in a roasting pan and pour the marinade over it.
