Mix the flan batter ingredients: sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, dry milk powder, eggs, and the cornstarch (the secret to the creaminess).
Dica: The cornstarch (20g) ensures the flan sets properly and remains creamy.
Place the baking dish with the flan batter over the cooled caramel sauce that has been placed in the refrigerator.
