Ingredients
- 1unit de Pork chop
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Orange juice
- Vinegar
- 2liters de Water
- Oil
- Butter
- Parsley
- Bell pepper
- Onion
- Garlic
- Banana pepper
Instructions
Season the pork chop with black pepper, salt, orange juice, and vinegar.
Place the seasoned pork chop in a container with approximately 2 liters of water, ensuring it is completely submerged.
Place the container with the meat in the refrigerator to marinate for a minimum of 12 hours or overnight.
Dica: The minimum marinating time is 12 hours.
Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Brown the pork chop on both sides until it reaches your desired doneness.
Remove the meat from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, add and sauté the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and banana pepper over high heat until the vegetables are very tender (or 'cooked down').
Serve the pork chop accompanied by the prepared sautéed vegetables, finishing with chopped parsley sprinkled on top.
Dica: The parsley should be finely chopped.
