Recipe for succulent osso buco slowly cooked in a pressure cooker with stout beer and aromatic seasonings. A sensational dish to serve piping hot.

Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Osso Buco (Beef Shanks)
- LardSubstitui por: óleo vegetal
- Tomato
- Onion
- Bay leaf
- Rosemary

Instructions
In a bowl, season the all-purpose flour with salt and pepper.
Lightly dredge the osso buco pieces in the seasoned flour.
Heat the lard in a pot and brown the floured osso buco on both sides.
Remove the browned meat from the pot and set aside.
In the pressure cooker, create alternating layers starting with tomato, onion, bay leaf, and rosemary.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the vegetables and pour in a little stout beer.
Add a layer of osso buco and repeat the layers of vegetables, seasonings, sprinkles, and beer until all ingredients are used.
Cover the pressure cooker and, once it reaches pressure, cook for 20 minutes.
Check the tenderness of the meat and, if necessary, cook longer until the osso buco is falling off the bone.
Dica: Cook longer if the meat is still tough.
Serve the osso buco piping hot, spooning the sauce formed during cooking over it.
