Easy homemade cake recipe, no mixer or blender needed, with strawberries incorporated into the batter and ladybug-themed decoration.

- confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar)
- sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
In a bowl, vigorously whisk the sugar and eggs.
Add the milk, oil, yogurt, vanilla, and lemon juice to the bowl mixture.
Fold the all-purpose flour and baking powder into the liquid mixture.
Prepare the strawberries: toss them with a little sugar and place them in a sifter to drain excess liquid for a few minutes.
Dica: Tossing the strawberries in sugar and sifting them helps prevent them from releasing water into the cake batter.
Lightly dust the drained strawberries with plain all-purpose flour.
Using a pan, alternate layers of cake batter with the floured strawberries.
Place the pan in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) to bake.
Once the cake has cooled, remove it from the pan.
For the ladybug decoration, use a cookie cutter to create strawberry circles and use the melted chocolate.
Prepare the frosting by mixing the confectioners' sugar with the sweetened condensed milk until a thick glaze consistency is reached.
Finish decorating the cake, adding the crushed nuts, the assembled strawberry and chocolate ladybugs, mint, and edible flowers.
