A quick and practical cornmeal cake made entirely in a skillet. Ideal for a fast snack or breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 de Egg ~R$ 1,00
- 2tablespoon de Coconut oil ~R$ 1,00Substitui por: manteiga, óleo vegetal
- 1tablespoon de Sugar or Sweetener ~R$ 0,50
- 1/4cup de Cornmeal (Fubá) ~R$ 1,00
- 1tablespoon de Oat flour ~R$ 0,50Substitui por: farinha de arroz
- 1teaspoon de Baking powder ~R$ 1,00
Instructions
Mix the egg with the sugar or sweetener.
Add the coconut oil and mix well.
Stir in the cornmeal and oat flour. Mix everything until combined.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.
Pour the batter into a greased skillet and cook over low heat.
Dica: If necessary, use a non-stick skillet.
Cover the skillet and cook for about 5-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
Carefully flip the cake and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
Remove the cake from the skillet and serve.
Dica: Can be served with guava paste, fruit, etc., spread on top.
